Treatments
What we do, and who it’s for.
Every session is one-to-one in a private room. If you’re unsure which treatment fits, message us with a description of the pain — we’d rather point you to the right thing than sell you the longer one.
01 — Full body
Muscle Release Therapy
Deep tissue work across the body. Sustained, progressive pressure that gives tight muscle the time it needs to let go, rather than fighting it.
This is the right choice when you’re generally tight and stiff rather than dealing with one specific stubborn spot — desk-bound shoulders and back, post-training soreness, a body that’s stopped moving the way it used to.
Trigger Point
Available for back pain, arms, shoulder and neck pain, tension headache, hip pain and plantar fasciitis.
02 — Targeted
Trigger Point Therapy
A trigger point is a knot of contracted muscle fibre that stays switched on and refers pain elsewhere. It’s why a tight shoulder becomes a headache, and why the sore spot often isn’t the problem.
We locate the point that’s actually generating your symptom, hold pressure until it releases, then check the change. Expect a firm “good ache” while pressure is on — and to be told what we’re finding as we go.
Commonly treated: lower and upper back pain, neck and shoulder pain, arm and elbow pain, tension headache, hip pain, plantar fasciitis.
03 — Best value
The Raga Combo
Thirty minutes of muscle release to warm and soften the surrounding tissue, then thirty minutes of trigger point work on the area that’s actually causing trouble. The two treatments do more together than either does alone.
Raga Combo
30 min Muscle Release Therapy + 30 min Trigger Point Therapy.
04 — Men’s health
Manhood Therapy
Traditional Indonesian and Malaysian vitality massage combined with pelvic floor therapy — for stamina, control and confidence.
Nick has spent twelve years researching preventative and natural approaches to men’s vitality, and developed his own treatment method from that work. Sessions are private, clinical and educational: most clients leave the first one understanding their own anatomy in a way nobody had explained before.
Part one
Lower back, legs and the front of the legs — increasing blood flow and nerve activity into the pelvic region.
Part two
Stomach, pelvic floor and pelvic region — direct blood flow, plus strengthening and control of the pelvic floor muscles.
Then, at home
Exercises to continue the progress between sessions, and WhatsApp access to Nick afterwards for any follow-up questions.

A sentence about the pain and how long you’ve had it is enough to go on.
